Responsibilities: As a Senior HR Business Intelligence Analyst, apply expertise in statistical analysis and data presentation to help inform and support business decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine how to apply data analysis to decision-making and problem-solving. Design and deploy HR metrics dashboard for senior executives. Support compensation and benefits teams in budgetary analysis and program modeling and analysis. Analyze various and disparate data; and identify correlations, drivers and anomalies to increase understanding and/or forecasting of the subject. Maintain current reporting on existing metrics/analytics and mentor HR report-writing team in areas of statistical analysis and data modeling. Support reporting requirements for global HR leadership team. Supplement analysis with market research of the industry for report-writing purposes and deliver the results in presentations. Partner with HR systems team to suggest areas of improvement to support analysis objectives. Monitor, test, validate and drive data cleanup as needed. Identify, develop and propose alternative data metrics in support of company growth and scalability.
Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Human Resources Management, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered, Business Analysis, Workforce Analytics, Manage-HR Solutions, HRIS Analyst, Management Systems Analyst, or related occupation. Special Requirements: Three years of experience in data mining and analysis. Prior knowledge and/or experience with applying advanced statistical analysis methodologies, integrating disparate information, correlating data, and discerning/understanding data trends. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience translating analysis findings into graphs and visuals. Working knowledge of relational databases (structures and models). Prior experience with customer support, consulting, or other customer-facing business role. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
