The Senior Executive Assistant will support the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of American Express Centurion Bank. The Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of Centurion exercises oversight of Centurion. The position will report in to Global Banking.

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Senior Executive Assistant who will thrive in our fast paced dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, while remaining flexible and easily adaptable to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience interfacing with all levels of internal and external professionals, and managing complex calendars and travel arrangements for senior executives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Interface with executives, assistants and other internal

and external professionals
- Manage calendars for the Chairman of the Audit and Risk

Committee of Centurion
- Coordinate logistics for meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reports in line with company policy on a

monthly basis
- Process purchasing requests
- Track corporate card payments
- Provide phone coverage
- File, copy, print and other ad hoc administrative support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Special projects to support the Executive as needed

- Experience supporting senior level executives
- Ability to interact with all levels in a professional manner
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars

and coordinating meetings/events and booking complex

travel arrangements
- High quality oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship, interpersonal and networking skills
- Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and online calendar

management applications
- Experience with online supply ordering, travel booking

and expense management systems
- High degree of integrity with ability to handle sensitive

issues with complete confidentiality
- Team player and collaborates well with others
- Proactive and energetic with a positive attitude
- Flexible and easily adaptable to changing priorities
- Remain calm under pressure in a fast

paced environment
