Currently, we are looking for a Sales Manager with 7-8 years of field marketing and partnership experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity where you can grow while working with a dedicated marketing team.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing. The Sales Manager position is field-based and requires travel between locations. Position will have responsibility for up to 15 Blink locations including existing and future clubs.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of local market strategies that result in the required leads and sales to achieve our monthly targets. The Sales Manager must be well versed in identifying key influencers, along with the planning and execution of partnerships and events ranging from grass roots, community-orientated activities to national platforms and like-minded brands. The ability to schedule, prioritize and see multiple jobs through to completion is essential. This person must have a can-do attitude, be comfortable “pitching” potential partners, and be a local “face" /ambassador for our brand.

Work with established Marketing Team to understand key drivers of each market.
Actively contribute to acquisition-based marketing efforts through local and regional outreach.
Implement grassroots and community initiatives while leveraging key influencers and partnerships in multiple markets.
Develop innovative partnership approaches that result in the required number leads and have a high return on investment (both time and money)
Establish and present success metrics for each partner and program to the team (written/verbal)
Develop a strong working relationship with Club and Area Managers in multiple locations.
Serve as a brand ambassador to ensure that the brand is always being properly represented

Responsible for up to 15 NY Region clubs including locations in Westchester, NJ, NY Metro and Long Island.

BS/BA required

Preferably 7-8 years of In Field marketing and partnership experience
Strong relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills
Influencing skills (proven ability to persuade others towards an idea or goal)
Detailed-oriented (able to establish, create and executive activities)
Team player
Innovative and creative thinker
Established connections in the NY region (highly networked)
Resourcefulness (able to stretch money and people)

Achieve monthly lead and sales targets for each club
Ensure new member count ramp meets goals for all new clubs
Work within budget
