U.S. Citizenship is required. The Senior Field Service Technician will support the technical installations for a highly secure Government customer with requirements to work at a variety of national and international sites utilizing security based hardware systems.
Position requires up to 50% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations to install, integrate, upgrade and support sophisticated security systems to include; closed circuit cameras, (CCV, CCTV) secure access systems, hardware installation including cabling and backbone infrastructure.
Candidate will deliver support either by telephone or on-site at the customer's location by solving problems related to secure hardware systems and related computer systems.
Perform basic hardware, electrical, and related software diagnostics and coordinates installations and repairs.
Assists in planning and designing technical installation and support systems.
Candidate will have 1-5 years of applicable experience with similar technical systems.
Experience with technical cabling including CAT5, Ethernet, and related systems.
