This Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (Corp FP&A) role primarily focuses on working with Business Unit FP&A teams to capture and consolidate reporting of financial results (both actuals and forecast related).

Role provides key analysis on monthly close / reporting as well as business plan and forecasting activities.

Providing analytical support to the Finance and Accounting teams.

Assisting with preparation of key monthly and quarterly reports working with various business partners to understand and provide key information on their financial results (including drivers, market position, and other strategic initiatives).

Assisting with the development of

annual business plan and financial forecasts throughout year.

Consolidating and analyzing forecast and plan and providing financial statement analysis and variance analysis.

Consolidating and analyzing actual financial performance data and variances to forecast, prior month, and Business Plan.

Ad-hoc analysis and request responses

Support special projects and financial analysis across the Finance organization

Support senior level executive reporting needs


Previous finance work experience in Public Accounting or Financial Services strongly preferred


3-5 years of experience


Strong understanding of financial statements


College degree (Finance or Accounting) required


Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, if / then analysis) and MS PowerPoint skills required


Ability to organize data, perform independent analysis and prepare management presentations


Ability to work extended work hours during peak times


Ability to use mathematical techniques for forecasting


Ability to influence others and work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment


Previous experience with financial models preferred


Strong communication skills required
