Position Overview
The position is within Treasury Finance, and will support the Debt Accounting & Securitization Operations – Accounting Team. The candidate would be directly responsible for understanding, providing leadership and supporting funding initiatives by collaborating with Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting Policy, Corporate Controllers and Investors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support new secured funding initiatives from an accounting and servicing perspective.
Interfacing with Structured Funding to be abreast of developing/terminating funding initiatives and play critical role as they develop.
Consolidated and Legal Entity Sale Accounting Analysis
Ongoing monthly accounting, reconciliations and investor reporting
Support for management and regulatory reporting
Collaborating with business partners ensuring all treasury objectives are met
Identify and implement process improvement
Assess and drive for compliance with any internal/external audit requirements.
Required Skills and Requirements

BS/BBA degree in Accounting/Finance
·
Detail oriented, energetic, motivated and takes initiative
·
Ability to communicate across levels of business (both vertically and horizontally)
·
Flexible and can work independently as well as in a team environment.
·
Ability to build strong relationships with internal business partners and experience working with multiple business partners in a collaborative and team-oriented manner.
·
Ability to prioritize workload for self and coordinate with teammates/customers to meet deadlines
·
BEX/SAP skills is a plus
