Role Purpose :
Day to Day Management of Free Cash Flow (FCF) Planning for NBC Entertainment and Television Distribution. This role is responsible for the weekly cash forecast and the consolidation of submissions for the monthly operating reviews and major forecasts.
This position reports to the Director of Cash Planning and Analysis and will have exposure to several senior Finance Leaders including the VP of FP&A, CFO of West Coast TV Studio, and the CFO of NBC Entertainment.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities :
Responsible for consolidation of West Coast TV Weekly Cash Submission
Coordinate pacing updates and Op Review Presentation across multiple FCF stakeholders
Report and explain cash variances on a weekly basis and during Budget and major estimates
Prepare FCF forecasts for SG&A, Distribution Costs, and Marketing Spend
Prepare Corporate Submissions including the Indirect Cash Flow Forecast and Working Capital Reconciliations
Ad hoc tasks and assignments related to Free Cash Flow.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Desired Characteristics :
Intermediate experience with MS Access/databases is a plus
Intermediate knowledge of SAP
A team player who can also work independently and is a self starter
Ability to work under time pressure and on multiple projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Entertainment experience is a plus
