We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic minded professional to join us as a Financial Analyst of FP&A. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, highly analytical individual who works well with others.

The position reports to the Manager of Analytics with a strong dotted line to the CFO, and will have extensive interactions with executives across all functional teams. The role requires a candidate who can quickly become familiar with our business, associated metrics and is able to support business decisions through in-depth analysis coupled with sound business judgment. This position will coordinate and facilitate corporate planning processes, monitor financial performance, report financial and operational results, and improve existing systems and processes.
Lead annual and quarterly planning and forecasting processes and long range strategic planning with global business teams
Financial oversight of company-wide forecasting, operating and capital spending
Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including analysis of monthly trends and drivers, retention analysis and variance analysis
Lead preparation of financial analysis and presentations to senior management and Board of Directors
Monitor and highlight key company-wide operating metrics and identify new leading indicators and insights
Perform ROI analyses of key/significant investments
Build complex business cases, models and forecasts to inform the business and help support a recommendation
Partner with Engineering and IT/Operations to manage capital expenditures
Administration of an enterprise budgeting (such as Adaptive Planning), forecasting and reporting solution
Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with various cross functional leadership teams across the company
BA/BS degree in technical or business fields with excellent academic record from a premier university. Financial accounting classes required or relevant experience
Experience in financial planning, sales operations, business analysis or consulting at Fortune 500, investment bank, or high growth firm
Superior analytical and modeling skills including advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables)
Relevant experience in a start-up environment and in SaaS company preferable
Extensive financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and planning experience
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and Adaptive Planning are desired
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication skills
