The Senior Financial Analyst will have primary responsibility for monthly and quarterly reporting, the annual valuation of Lockton and its subsidiaries, and deferred compensation accounting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervise the monthly consolidation and quarterly preparation of financial statements with footnotes.
Assist in the annual financial statement audit (organize preparation of audit workpapers and facilitate answers to audit inquiries);
Work with our London office on various topics arising from the monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation of international results;
Coordinate the annual valuation of the company;
Accounting for deferred compensation agreements and preparation of deferred compensation expense budgets and forecasts;
Research and preparation of memos around technical accounting topics.
3-5 years accounting experience in public and/or corporate accounting.
Must demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and be a team player.
Strong organizational and analytical skills are required.
Excellent communication ability at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in MS Suite a must; PeopleSoft experience a plus.
