Our Afghanistan project requires the expertise of a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to join their team.
Principal Areas of Responsibilities
Our project requires the design services and review of a qualified Fire Protection Engineer. Our project involves the design or modification of fire rated construction, fire detection, fire suppression, or life safety systems and requires the services and review of a qualified fire protection engineer.
A qualified fire protection engineer is an integral part of the design team, and must be involved in every aspect of the design as it related to fire protection. This includes, but is not limited to, building code analysis, life safety code analysis, design of automatic detection and suppression systems, water supply analysis, and a multi-discipline review of the entire project .
The Skills, Knowledge and Abilities We Seek
- BSME with 5-7 years of experience
- Registered Professional Engineer in Fire Protection required
- Past experience in working in a war zone, preferred
- Working hours will be 12 hours a day, 6 days a week
- Candidate will be required to have, or be able to obtain, U.S. Security Clearance for this role
