INVISTA is seeking a talented HR Professional to join our team at the Wichita, KS headquarters. The HR Generalist role will join the HR team to provide HR support and guidance for Operations and Business functions. This position reports directly to the Global HR Director in Wichita.
Responsibilities:
Work with business and operations to provide HR Generalist support including compensation reviews, recruitment, employee relations, talent planning, etc to facilitate growth objectives
Coordinate with various capabilities and businesses to determine staffing needs related to projects and expansions
Create partnerships with managers and supervisors, while promoting positive employee relations
Facilitate principled based decision making with supervisors around disciplinary actions
Help to grow and advance Market Based Management culture with managers and employees

Provide, on an as needed basis, full lifecycle recruitment support starting from requisition creation through screening, interviewing, orientation and on-boarding.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience.
Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience.
Experience in MS Office Software (MS Word – document creation/editing, Excel – spreadsheet creation/editing, data entry and analysis, and PowerPoint – presentation creation/editing).
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
PHR or SPHR certification.
SAP system experience.
Experience with analyzing data and make recommendations to management.
Willing to relocate.
