We currently have an opening for a talented and experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). The HRBP is responsible for driving human capital strategy aligned with achieving business objectives. You would be responsible for consulting with management on how to translate business strategies and objectives into tangible human capital plans. The HRBP addresses the critical elements of organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning, analytics, talent management, workforce strategies, the people dimension of transformation, employee relations, and integrated multi-location workplace management. Additionally, the HRPB helps improve key components of change leadership, including: leadership development, process or technology adoption, and culture. The HRPB is also accountable for facilitating effective relationships with HR shared services centers and business leaders. Responsibilities:

Provide responsive, proactive employee relations support. Act as an internal consultant to management and employees on a variety of human resources issues including interpretation and communication of policies and procedures, career development, performance management, corrective action and organizational planning

Support business initiatives in workforce planning, recruitment and retention activities, including the formulation and development of staffing strategies to attract and retain the best qualified employees for the company’s current and future needs

Manage the performance appraisal process

Administer compensation management program

Recommend new policies and procedures to maximize HR department’s effectiveness and strive for continual improvement

Coach management to help drive business results

Define and track against key strategic HR metrics

Support managers on restructuring and the workforce planning process. Provide direct project management support for restructuring activities

Implement organizational effectiveness initiatives for business units to address problems and proactively support business transitions and address broad employee issues

Consult and partner with management leaders on talent management and managerial/leadership initiatives being implemented

Support HR Director in implementing change management strategies with business leaders that support initiatives

Additional support to the HR Director related activities and in Global HR projects in the area global HR process standardization (Comp & Benefits, performance management, knowledge development, talent development)

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in management, HR, or other business-related field

Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resource experience; experience supporting a holistic business unit with diverse functions strongly preferred

Experience in Talent Management, Organizational Design and Development

Design & execution of organizational effectiveness and change management, and talent management initiatives

HR planning and facilitating, including participating in senior management meetings

Ability to use practical common sense and translate data to make decisions and determine priorities

Working knowledge of HR functional areas (compensation, employee relations, staffing, benefits, training & development, HRIS, compliance, etc.)

Must be up to date HR-related federal, state, local and company rules and regulations

Business analyst capabilities required

Ability to learn technology required

HRIS or ERP application experience

PHR or SPHR certification preferred

Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and group interactions required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Problem solving and consultative skills, in addition to project management experience preferred

Owns projects from beginning to end and can work independently

Ability to react with a sense of urgency

Familiarity with Human Resource automated processes
