Provide the best in class HRIS - Design, implement, and manage the HRIS. Work with HR and IT management to develop plans for proposed systems, functionalities, and enhancements. Develop cost assessment of projects to support and lead processes/projects that add value to the Human Resources function. Monitor the implementation and operation of approved systems, functionalities, and enhancements.
Lead the effort to establish, define, maintain and communicate HRIS architecture guidelines, standards and best practices.
Collaborate closely with HR to define and implement effective and efficient solutions to business challenges and opportunities.
Develop and manage relationships with vendors.
Ensure the reliability, efficiency and confidentiality of HRIS.
Perform project design reviews and audits to ensure design objectives are met and standards are followed in the HRIS applications.
Maintain Excellence - Audit system capabilities for accuracy, integrity, and functionality by performing system testing; monitoring and documenting test results; analyzing test results and documenting system discrepancies; ensure adherence to HR policies and practices. Continuously research new systems; evaluate current HRIS system and identify areas of improvement.

BA/BS degree required
At least 7 years of proven, progressive HRIS experience in a fast moving and high growth environment
Startup experience is a must
Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
Outstanding project management and communication skills
An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
An outstanding focus on achieving a high level of customer service
A sense of humor and ability to strike up a conversation with anyone
