Main tasks

Asset Management:
Manage user upgrade schedule to complete allotment by end of year.

Upgrading user computers per checklist.

Responsible for timely processing of new hires

Check in / out processing per procedure.

Interface with Procurement department for receipt of assets.

Manage Information Management (IM) assets.

Common Tasks that may be assigned

Troubleshooting computer and software problems

IM department documentation updates and creation as needed and directed.

Providing requested reports as needed and directed.

Participate in group and department meetings.

Cross train between service and asset teams.
