We are recruiting a Senior CRA on a behalf a well established client who has several drugs on the market and several compounds in the clinical and R&D pipeline. This position will require someone to travel on a regional basis, monitoring across several protocols, on an as needed basis. The selected individual will oversee CRO monitoring activities, verify informed consent procedures, ensure protocol requirements are being met during each visit, train site personnel, recruit PIs and provide clinical expertise in regard to the protocol requirements.
Highlights & Requirements:
Travel: regional, 50-75%
5+ years of INDEPENDENT field monitoring
Prior experience overseeing CRO monitoring activities
Cardiovascular and/or pulmonary experience is a plus
BS degree required, BSN preferred
RN required, preferably with years of practical experience
Ability and track record of consistently meeting reasonable trip report timelines
Ability to provide references who can speak to site relationship building qualities
