Hours: Full-time, M-F.
Location: The Polyclinic Broadway.
Effectively conduct a variety of human resource activities in support of The Polyclinic’s strategic goals and objectives. Participate in development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures which encourage fair employment practices and help create and maintain a positive work environment. Create reports, and provide data and analysis to assess and address customers’ questions and issues.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management; or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. Advanced degree and supervisory experience preferred. Must have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or related field, with emphasis on more than two primary HR disciplines (e.g. recruitment, employee relations, leave management, HRIS, etc.). 2-3 years recruiting a variety of positions in a mid-size organization is required; health care recruiting experience preferred. PHR Certification is a plus.
