Seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager with management-level experience working for a federal contractor in highly contributing role. Must have Small Business Federal Contracting experience to be considered for this position.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of policies and programs that sustain Integrity's dynamic and fast-growing workforce, including:
  • Work with Executive Team to develop progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance and to provide programs which utilize an employee and company partnership for the short and long-range health and welfare protection of the employees
  • Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce human resources policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation. In particular, manage the human resource information systems database and necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function and the people resources of the corporation
  • Manage the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Department
  • Establish credibility throughout the organization with management and employees to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues
  • Consult with management on HR topics (employment, staffing, performance management, staff development, compensation, promotions, reward & recognition, employee relations)
  • Manage performance management program
  • Develop professional development program including training curriculum
  • Assist managers with analyzing employee survey results and formulating action plans
  • Provide subject matter expertise (e.g., FLSA, INS, EEOC)
  • Provide hands-on recruiting support as well as strategy when necessary
  • Work with leadership to develop hiring strategy and plans
  • Conduct exit interviews & monitor trends in attrition
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and provide management with appropriate data for decision-making
  • Provide guidance & direction to Human Resource administrative support staff
