Human Resources Manager
Are you currently a Human Resources Manager looking for the next step in your career? We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the U.S. HR department as well as provide Human Resources support, counsel and direction to a client group within e-Rewards, Inc. In this role, you will lead the HR team and partner with managers in areas including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, organizational effectiveness, learning and development and performance management. You must be innovative and adapt well to change. The ideal candidate will foster a strong customer service orientation, work collaboratively on teams, and consult effectively and independently with all levels of the organization.
Manage day-to-day operations of U.S. Human Resources team.
Provide guidance and solutions to leaders and employees with regard to HR programs, processes, policies and procedures.
Help to develop, communicate and implement pro-active employee relations strategies pertaining to employee relations, team-based initiatives, training, leadership development, employee communications, and compensation and benefits in support of goals and strategic objectives.
Investigate and resolve Employee Relations issues and complaints. Focus on creating a positive employee relations environment and culture. Coordinate exit interview process for client group and communication of findings to management.
Counsels and educates leaders and employees on performance management and administers the program for client group.
All other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
At least 5 years related experience in a HR generalist role
At least 2 years supervisory experience
Must be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulness required in a fast-paced company
Strong working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage priorities and workflow
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Ability to inspire through influence
Ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done
