Sr. IT Business Process Analyst
Monitor the production application environments taking such action as may be necessary to ensure maximum availability and correct operational issues of the Content and Records Management suite of applications.
Provide second-line support for Records Management and end users.
Participate in the development of new work processes involving records management which will also include future portal development.
Primarily responsible for physical records management and Records Retention Schedule systems.
Participate in the initiatives resulting from the content management assessment.
Responsible for developing process documentation and end user training materials.
Undergraduate degree in any Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience, with average experience of 4-7 years.
A good knowledge of process modeling and records management.
A good working understanding of web applications, databases and SQL is required.
Must be well organized, able to handle multiple tasks, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and provide superior customer service.
Certification as a Certified Records Manager or equivalent training.
Hands-on experience understanding and supporting software systems.
Experience with multi-tiered applications including web servers, application servers and databases.
