The Senior Implementation Services Analyst will ensure successful implementation of routine and standard projects with clients of Mercer's proprietary software/tools by providing tutorials, installation and being the first point of contact for client questions and issues related to software installation and usage. To fulfill this role, the analyst will:

Set up issues logs for the upcoming project, reserve program and file names, following Mercer standards to be used in the project. Provide final document to the Technical Requirements Specialist for review

Adhere to standards, procedures and process improvements as required.

Effectively communicate with team members, internal customers and external customers relating project status, delivery dates and project risks in a professional manner

Interface with development team and peers to gather the information required, answer questions, and find the most efficient design.

Able to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision on assigned projects to generate accurate and efficient solutions of customers

With assistance, identify and resolve issues and problems that will affect accuracy of the technical specification

Ensure technical specifications include testing, documentation and instructions with assistance form Mentor and Project Manager.

Provide guidance to Implementation Analysts by entering repetitive and straightforward tasks for them to complete in appropriate work queues and provide appropriate due dates to manage their work accordingly.

Qualifications

B.S. (Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc..) or equivalent work experience required

3-5 years of prior experience demonstrating the ability to work on own and within a team environment, the ability to map data, create and successfully test data and or support client needs.
