- Higher level architect/strategic thinker; tell them they can do certain things using Informatica tool expert (functionalities)
- Has completed a similar implementation/deployed on large scale
- Release management * utilize what we have & quickly/effectively deployment
- Adapt to large scale deployment conversion * how to release loads ect.
- Strong communication skills
