We are currently recruiting for a Senior Security
- Support revenue generating activities and customer
confidence by engaging with Iron Mountain customers
to provide overviews and documentation of security
and compliance controls.
- Responsible for the coordination, management and
documentation of customer security requirements and
requests for all Iron Mountains service lines.
- Provide cross functional support for RFP generation
by defining the security and compliance responses to
appropriately address customer needs and leveraging
the expertise of others to support.
- Manage field operations requests for answers to
commonly sought after information.
- Support Sales and Account Management teams in
providing security assurance to our customers
through customer driven conference calls and email
responses. Develop standard responses to the more
frequently asked questions to create operational
efficiency through consistent and standard language.
- Ensure that customer requirements are resolved in
accordance with service level agreements and Iron
Mountain performance metrics.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
* Requires strong knowledge of IRM business services
* Strong communication; written and verbal skills.

customers through phone, email and process requests.
* Strong organizational skills to manage fast paced
and demanding requests in a defined service level
* Ability to team with other groups to influence the
collection of information required to generate a
At least 4years experience providing a service to
internal or external customers
Specific Information Security or Compliance experience
Security industry certifications such as: CISSP, CISM,
CISA, a plus
IRM industry experience a plus
