Senior Financial Analyst - Inventory

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Inventory Financial Analyst who is looking for an opportunity to drive actionable insights for a fast-growing, dynamic company. Inventory being the focal asset at Rafter, you will be at the center of various cross-functional workstreams with Finance, eCommerce, Operations, Supply, Biz Dev, Engineering, Product, and Sales. Running analyses, scenario planning, and producing reports to help drive data-driven actionable insights. Primary Responsibilities:
Various Excel based analyses
Build, maintain & extend detailed financial models, as well as scenario planning
Help dissect pools of inventory assets; solve for and optimize tradeoff between ROI, cash, margin, and growth
Analyze, assign & track multiple inventory portfolio positions for various accounts including partners, as welll as expected risk/reward
Working with cross-functional partners across the company to understand inventory requirements, frame problem definition, help convey boundary values & constraints, and deliver results
Help with month end financial close and extending the inventory financial model
Own daily asset performance reporting process during peak season
Create and operationalize dashboards around inventory key performance indicators

A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, science, business or a related field
Demonstrated analytical skills; 6+ yrs experience as heavy duty analyst
Attention to detail, ability to think through concepts, and problem solving skills (very important)
Excel power user (this is a must have)
Working knowledge of databases and SQL
Raw intelligence / horsepower
Can-do attitude and flexibility
Fast and constant learner
Ability to thrive and excel in environment of high change & flux (very important)
Good communication and business partnering skills
