Minimum of 8 years direct experience in diagnosing and solving problems with LANs utilizing TCP/IP, RIP2, OSPF, spanning tree protocol, MPLS, VLANS and IPSEC Tunneling. Managing , configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches, Nortel switches, routers and Juniper (Netscreen) firewalls. Utilizing Sniffer protocol and Application Vantage protocol analyzer/nGenius lnfinistream to troubleshoot application and network problems.
