The Senior Litigation Support Analyst will perform meet and confers - FRCP Rule 26(f) - with attorneys and clients to ascertain case specific needs and provide customized and appropriate solutions.

This position acts as point of contact for Litigation Support engagements and manages projects from initial attorney meetings through document production and trial.

This is a highly consultative role, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable advising case teams on the FRCP including rules such as: 26(f) meet and confer; 26(b)(5) clawbacks; 26(b)(2) cost shifting procedures, etc. This individual need not be an attorney, but should have experience providing advice to attorneys and clients to ascertain case specific needs and suggest customized and appropriate solutions.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) service providers, including initiating requests for proposals;

Prepare case budgets and ensuring project deadlines are met;

Provide EDD advisement and consultation to attorneys and clients throughout all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, including data preservation considerations, forensic data collection requirements, early case assessment tools, Electronically Stored Information processing options and document review/production environments;

Manage Summation databases including the creation of load files from PST's and other sources using LexisNexis Law Prediscovery;

Promote and support Litigation Support software suite including CaseMap/TimeMap, Concordance, Opticon, JFS Litigators Notebook, iPRO, Sanction, Summation (iBlaze and Enterprise), TextMap and TrialDirector;

Conduct attorney and paralegal training seminars and design training materials for Litigation Support software products and services;

Monitor attorney needs and satisfaction levels by soliciting feedback and interacting with attorneys on a regular basis;

Maintain knowledge of litigation specific technologies by attending workshops, trade shows and product briefings.

This position requires Law processing experience version 5.0 or greater, Summation iBlaze and trial support. Candidates must possess 4+ years experience with law firm Litigation Support, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required. Excellent customer/client service, management, organizational, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills is essential. Travel to Firm offices, off-site client meetings and trial locations is also required.
