will assist Residential Finance's customers by identifying options and securing a mortgage loan that is appropriate for their individual financial circumstances, which is designed to help the customer achieve their financial goals and home ownership. Senior Loan Officer will have access to a wide variety of high-quality, self-selected customers who are actively searching the internet for refinancing opportunities, primarily through Bankrate and Google, these leads will be distributed to the employee based on their state licensing footprint. It is essential that all Senior Loan Officers understand the value of delivering an exceptional customer service experience to all borrowers, and therefore all employees must promptly respond to and follow up on customer inquiries in a professional, informative manner.

Required Skills

Skills and Requirements:
NMLS licensing

Completion of federal and state licensing or ability to complete training & licensing requirements.

2+ years mortgage sales experience.

Knowledge of conventional and government loan guidelines.

Ability to pass a credit, criminal and drug screening background review

Proficiency in standardized software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
