Specific Job Description: Provide O&M Lotus Notes support for mission critical and highly active Lotus Notes client-based databases in multiple offices on multiple Domino servers.
Utilize Lotus Notes background agents to fix and manipulate databases.
Understand Lotus Notes Workflow Management and quickly respond to customer requests for modifications to workflow.
Lotus Notes client development
Create new Domino web-based databases
Convert existing customer Lotus Notes client databases to the web based databases
Consult with clients to develop user requirements and effectively translating those requirements into a formal design;
Effectively working with administrators and other developers;
Providing technical guidance to other applications developers and other members of the project team;
Developing new web applications using Lotus Domino 8.x;
Developing web interfaces for existing Notes desktop databases and, where necessary, performing data conversion;
Communication
Promotes active listening with team members
Contributes appropriately to internal and external meetings
Accurately prepares written business correspondence
Standard Job Description: Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.
Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly
Typical Minimums: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
