Manage Customer Marketing Department: Responsible for managing, developing, and coaching the Customer Marketing department. Develop an effective and analytical team that delivers impactful sales presentations, analysis and insights, with conclusions and recommendations.
Support and assist the V.P. U.S. Sales, Marketing, & Customer Service as required.
Collaborate with Sales Directors on development and execution of sales and marketing plans at retail to help them achieve their budgeted goals
Collaborate with the TMC Marketing team to help achieve their budgeted goals, providing analysis on retailer POS, competition, and trends.
Budget, track and report on Sales and Trade spending.
Manage the sku forecasting process with AMMs and operations.
Interact with Senior Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Retailers as required.
Lead the planning and execution of Sales meetings, ECRM, NACDS, BOD, etc.
Lead the investigation and/or implementation of new data access tools (i.e COGNOS, TABS etc.) to include interaction with outside sources and data verification and training of end users.
MVI, TABS, AC Nielsen, IRI, COGNOS, Forecasting, POS, Trade Shows, PowerPoint
QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER INFORMATION
Excellent communication skills.
BS degree in business or marketing.
5-7 years sales experience.
Ability to work independently but also can function in a team environment.
Ability to travel 15% of the time.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
