Senior Manager, Dual Wallet Online Experience-13004064
OPEN is one of the fastest growing business units in American Express and the OPEN Prospect Acquisition team is focused on acquiring and driving profitable spend of large small businesses while building the OPEN brand. The goal of the Dual Wallet position is to have every SBO maximize the value from their membership with American Express and hold both Consumer and OPEN cards.
This Senior Manager will work closely with the digital Acquisition and Loyalty marketing teams, Consumer Services and other cross-functional groups to accelerate Dual Wallet growth by identifying and executing scale-able and innovative cross-sell opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
Dual Wallet is a top priority initiative for OPEN and Consumer Services and this position will provide high exposure to senior leaders.
- Develop holistic, strategic marketing plan to foster Dual Wallet growth across the online experience in close partnership with Consumer Services
- Work with external agency partners to craft point-of-arrival strategy and develop compelling creative and targeted messaging
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure messages are consistent and relevant across all Dual Wallet prospect and customer touchpoints
- Develop deep Dual Wallet prospect and customer insights on key drivers of digital engagement
- Measure performance and identify opportunities to improve digital engagement metrics (open rates, click-thrus, enrollments, etc)
- Create robust test and learn plans to identify champion communications and triggers
- Online expertise required
- Proven track record of developing effective creative marketing campaigns in the digital space
- Results oriented – history of exceeding goals in a fast paced environment
- Relationship management – ability to mobilize cross-functional teams and drive results in a fluid environment
- Strong project management skills - ability to efficiently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
