Management and oversight of multiple locations through subordinate Facility Managers and 1million or more square feet of responsibility Oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management service delivery staff. Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets . Develop and implement the annual management plan and accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client . Develop best practices and innovations to implement on client’s account Partner with other services provider(s) to provide consistency and to ensure the use of best practices throughout the client’s portfolio
