Responsible for the managerial oversight and direction of a team of 4 FTEs and 2 part-time/student workers in the processing and receipting of all gifts to the University. Directly manage vendor and banking issues in the processing of gifts, develop and manage team performance metrics and ensure gifts are processed with the highest degree of accuracy (97%+) and as timely as possible ( >72 hours).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
BS in Business Management
Minimum of 5 years of process management experience and 3 years of people management experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Excellent process and people management.
Solid knowledge of University policies and procedures.
Advanced computer skills required (including a working knowledge of development and financial systems, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
Comprehensive understanding of CASE guidelines and IRS guidelines.
Excellent judgement and decision-making abilities, ability to interpret and evaluate policy and procedural requirements and produce and analyse data; effective written and oral communication skills, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work under the pressure of time and frequent requests from multiple sources each having their own timelines and constraints and with all levels of academic and administrative staff.
