The Senior Manager of IT Compliance is a key resource, whose primary focus is to ensure the processes and controls are in place across the Enterprise to satisfy internal control, risk management, and external audit and compliance requirements. The role will coordinate with internal and external contacts to identify the requirements, communicate the deliverables needed, collect data and artifacts, track progress, and deliver results to the internal stakeholders. The role requires thorough hands-on experience and detailed understanding of compliance management processes and methods. The role works closely with business partners, key stakeholders, and internal departments to evaluate current and future Hilton Worldwide compliance strategies.

What will I be doing?

Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Executes IT Compliance strategies, evaluating efforts to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s IT Controls.

Manages the daily workflow and sets priorities for internal and external IT audits and attestations in the company.

Analyzes, plans, and successfully resolves high-profile IT Compliance issues.

Contributes significantly in developing an execution plan to implement short and long term goals for the IT Compliance group.

Establishes and maintains procedures and processes for the IT Compliance group.

Monitors industry trends and identifies best practices/methodologies to implement in-house.

Confers with key stakeholders and departments to ensure objectives are accomplished for IT audits.

Coordinates internal and external audits and attestations to ensure deficiencies are identified and addressed.

Evaluates business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness related to IT controls.

Deploys and manages the IT Compliance Program across the enterprise to ensure effectiveness, usage, and awareness.

Recruits IT Compliance team members.

Works with peers on goals to assist in accomplishing department initiatives and individual career objectives.

Identifies missing talent or skills preventing successful completion of short and long term goals for the team.

Partners with current talent to achieve greater strategic goals and performance.

Ensures the strategic direction of the IT Compliance team is consistent with and supported by business partners.

Confers with key stakeholders to align and manage IT Compliance activities to ensure audit objectives are accomplished.

Manages the grouping of and assignment of tasks related to audit compliance, while ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Investigates instances of control deficiencies and collaborates with subject matter experts to remediate.

Evaluates business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness related to IT controls.

Manages the IT Compliance Program across the enterprise to ensure effectiveness, usage, and awareness.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

Minimum of five (5) or more years expertise with Information Technology

Minimum of five (5) or more years direct experience managing Regulatory Compliance for IT ( PCI, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)

Minimum of five (5) or more years experience interfacing and leading across multiple levels of leadership and disciplines

Ability to travel as required

Must have, or be able to obtain, all necessary documents to travel internationally as needed

Four (4) year college degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

CISSP or CISA certifications

One or more years experience working with outsourced 3


party services

Global experience advantageous
