1) Driving Trulia’s MLS sales strategy and vision to expand MLS coverage.
2) Collaborating with existing broker & franchise customers to improve the quality of their listings on Trulia through their MLSs.
3) Manage relationships with MLSs to build deeper and longer-term partnerships
5) Delivering successful cross-functional implementation of go-to-market and product innovation strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, PR, and product management.

Manage the successful implementation of listing acquisition initiatives in collaboration with broker customers and MLS partners.
Build consensus across internal business units to support customer needs and company strategy.
Track, measure and report back on KPI’s and overall effectiveness of our listings acquisition strategy.
Real estate industry experience with a deep understanding of industry dynamics
Experienced relationship builder at the executive level
Ability to network and navigate internally and externally to build consensus and work collaboratively with stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing
Highly analytical data-driven sales professional able to manage budgets and forecasts
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, metrics driven environment that is constantly testing and optimizing to deliver the best results.
Travel, 30-40% of time
