Senior Manager, New Industries, Partner Relations-13009168

The Team Is Seeking A Senior Manager Of New Industry Partner Relations To Deliver On Aggressive Goals For 2013 And Beyond By Delivering A Best In-Class Ecommerce And Payments Experience Through Partnership Distribution.

This Individual Will Closely Support The Partnership Distribution Of The Us Payment Options Product Portfolio Through Online Partner Channels; Coordinating The Marketing Programming And Supporting Capabilities.

This Multifaceted Role Includes A Blend Of Strategy, Interactive Design, Customer Analysis, Acquisition Marketing, And Partner Collaboration. The Role Is Responsible For Development, Implementation Of Key Acquisition Channels Through New Partnerships And Early Engagement Strategies To Drive Growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
Development Of Compelling Customer Propositions, Segmentation And Offer Strategies To Drive Aggressive Growth Of Serve and Gift Card Through Partner Digital And Mobile Channels

Generate Qualified Traffic And Acquire Customers Across Online And Mobile Marketing Channels Leveraging Partner Assets Including Digital Marketing, Cross Sell, Email Marketing, Member-Get-Member Channel And Other Viral Marketing Channels

Work Directly With Partner To Integrate And Launch Partnerships, Operationalizing And Executing Program Launch With A Cross-Functional Team, Including Risk, Legal, Marketing, Compliance And Other Stakeholder Teams

Continually Analyze And Optimize Campaign Performance Using Split And Multivariate Testing, Executing Changes Based On Quantitative, Actionable Insight

Identify Value Customer Segments Within Partnership Channels And Tailor Marketing Efforts To Attract And Retain These Customers

Manage The End To End Customer Experience Within Partnership Channel

Work Closely With Web Design Team To Create, Manage And Optimize Landing Pages Tied To Ad Campaigns

Develop Early Engagement Programs To Drive Profitable Load Volumes

Share Responsibility With A Team Of Managers To Meet The Team's Partnership Channel Acquisition Targets The Ideal Candidate Is An Extremely Results-Oriented Individual Who Has Demonstrated Innovative Thinking, Has The Ability To Build Successful Partnerships, Marketing Plans, Define Winning Online Customer Experiences And Execute On Those Ideas. A Proven Ability To Lead Internal And External Resources To Deliver Against Key Initiatives Is A Must.

Qualified Candidates Will Also Have Experience Influencing Key Stakeholders.


Required Skills/Qualifications:
3-4 Years Of Consumer Marketing Experience With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Innovative Product And Customer Experience Strategies That Drive Business Results In A Fast Paced Start Up Environment

Direct-Response Experience And Proven Ability To Deliver Successful Online Strategies That Drive Qualified Traffic And Customer Acquisition Through Partnership Channels

Good Command Of Customer Segmentation And Are Familiar With Web Analytics Packages

Experienced In Multi-Variate And A/B Testing, Optimizing And Reporting On Campaign Performance

Highly Analytical And Data Driven, But Also Have A Passion For Creativity And Forward-Thinking Flair

Financial And Commercial Acumen, Ability To Demonstrate The Development Of Strong Business Cases And Management Of P&L's To Deliver The Optimum Results

The US Payment Options Focuses On Identifying Opportunities To Reach The Unbanked, Under banked And Unhappily Banked Segments With New Prepaid, Alternative Banking And Serve Platform Offerings In The United States. This Unit Pursues Loyalty And Payment Options Through New Partnerships, Retail And Distribution Channels. The Team Manages American Express's U.S.-Based Platform Partnerships, Serve Product, US GPR Portfolio, And Single Load Prepaid Cards, Including The American Express Gift Card, Rebate Cards And B2B Prepaid Cards.
