Position:
·
Orchestrates execution of marketing programs, managing across channels, including but not limited to: window animations, magazine print, print collateral/direct mail, in-store marketing/collateral, promotions
o Serves as program expert with an in-depth knowledge of program channels/components: media, usage, delivery formats, etc
·
Develops comprehensive schedules for program duration, sets interim milestone meetings and proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results
·
Cultivates strong partnerships with Marketing, Creative and Visual teams. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
·
Partners upstream w/ Marketing to finalize creative brief, informs schedules and provides executional considerations; ensures creative briefs are complete prior to kick-off
·
Opens jobs and builds job folders (soft and hard copies) w/ all project info; updates with new info as jobs evolve
·
Tracks schedules and updates status reports for weekly status meetings
·
Receives comps from Marketing; ships and tracks comps to photo shoot and retoucher
·
Identifies all photo shoot needs across all channels; partners with Creative team and Art Buying for photo shoot execution (how documents/distributes?)
·
Facilitates retouching milestones between Creative and retoucher; communicates program schedule and ensures feedback deadlines are met within number of allotted rounds (responsible for schedule vs. delivery of feedback)
·
Delivers master schedule and brief to outside print producer to initiate work; partners with producer in execution phase to ensure on-time delivery of marketing materials
·
Manages relationship with outside design agencies on a per-program basis; partners w/ Legal to outline project scope in contract
·
Routes and reviews all US mechanical files prior to release; secures translations for CDA French versions
·
Maintains final product archive (soft copy: schedules, estimates, hard copy: proofs & samples)
·
Monitors and advocates process; identify process gaps/improvements and tools to improve efficiency
·
Tracks programs to budget; has a good understanding of budget and any co-op funding; facilitates conversation between Creative, Marketing and outside producer if/when costs impact creative
Profile:
·
5-8 years experience in program/account/marketing management
·
College degree or equivalent experience
·
Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·
Agency or retail experience preferred
·
Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams to get work done
·
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
·
Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
·
Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities
·
Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
·
