This role will report directly to the VP Marketing, International Markets and will have responsibility for oversight and management of online-based customer acquisition and end to end user experience.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Point of contact for all International Digital marketing efforts across websites properties and programs
  • Expert in online marketing (email, search, banners, rich media, social media, retargeting) who can provide consultation guidance in marketing strategy and web acquisition channels
  • Responsible for integration of online/emerging channels media with other channels (i.e. mass media)
  • Keen understanding of the end to end online user experience from Learn through Buy, provisionings, servicing and support. Adept in understanding online support models
  • Development of websites following industry best practices for enhancing performance and optimizing conversion to sale
  • Experienced in managing Agency and vendor support (either through Marcom or directly with Agency)
  • Manage and collaborate with agency on execution of objectives (creative, media buying, production)
  • Highly analytical who is accountable for complete and ongoing analysis of each program based on established metrics
  • Analytical ability to evaluate program performance (i.e. understanding and evaluation of Omniture reporting)
  • Identification of conversion improvement opportunities on landing pages
  • Management of online marketing surveys
  • Manage the planning and development of all online marketing programs for International Markets and leverage learning across programs
  • Partner across Vonage marketing organization on online integration opportunites
  • Strict adherence to budgets and delivery of performance analysis reporting
  • Perform necessary project management/coordination efforts across internal departments

Specific Requirements, Skills & Education:

Specific Requirements (Technical Knowledge, Software, Etc.):
  • Minimum 10 years related experience. Strong analytical skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration across internal and external teams (potentially need to work through other organizations for access to agency support)
  • Strong Project management – ability to juggle multiple projects and support multiple teams
  • Skilled negotiator when working with internal and external partners (i.e Marcom, Agencies, International partners)
  • Both an Analytical thinker who possesses a strong ability to think strategically
  • Preferred but not required: International Experience, Telecom Experience

  • College degree- BS/BA Preferred Minimum Education Bachelors Level Degree, MBA desired
