The Manager role will manage a team with responsibility for qualifying leads from; marketing campaigns, inbound calls, email and outbound prospecting into target accounts. The timely acquisition and distribution of leads will be critical to the success of the organization. As the Manger of the group she/he will be called upon to drive leads, promote the success of the group across multiple departments and levels and handle complex issues that may emerge from infrastructure and operations decisions.
•Monitoring productivity and calls of representatives.
•Assisting team on qualification calls (over the phone) and driving leads.
•Enforcing proper usage of salesforce.com tool to record activities and lead qualification data.
•Designing reports/metrics that track to the desired results.
•Driving automated reporting process.
•Building and establish infrastructure to automate processes
•Working closely with Marketing to identify “campaign calendar” priorities, e.g. under and over dollar thresholds, and provide feedback loop.
•Working closely with Field Sales executives to ensure qualified lead criteria is being met.
•Manage and coach representatives.
•Manage roll-up of forecast including number of qualified leads conversion to pipeline, appointments, and closed opportunities.
•Communicate outbound campaigns.
•Manage lead pass off and distribution.
•Achieve measurable goals, maintaining budgets and creativity.
•Implement and deliver training.
•Recruit new representatives
•Manage and train Outsource vendors
•Manage and track 3rd party productivity tools
Educational Requirements: •BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Required Skills & Experience: •7 - 10 years sales development management/lead qualification/telesales/inside sales or related experience in a B2B outbound environment
