The marketing group is responsible for a wide variety of lead generation, branding, educational and awareness activities, including tradeshows; PR/media relations; content creation and marketing, including video; collateral; Web; online marketing initiatives; sales presentations; internal communications; special events;, webinars; advertising; and more.
The Corporate Communications Manager will have significant responsibility for logistics management, tracking, reporting, guiding or supporting many of the communications initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage internal and external communication plans.
Coordinate pre-launch and launch marketing campaigns together with the Product Management team.
Mange the writing and copy editing for various marketing media, including press releases, articles, case studies, e-mails, newsletters, Web pages, print/online ads, and call scripts to generate media coverage, Web site traffic, and sales leads.
Support PR campaigns and media outreach efforts, including building relationships with industry press across all of the segments we serve.
Maintain a master tradeshow plan, updating and reporting on progress. Execute trade show plan, managing conference and services bookings and vendor logistics, negotiations and payments. Maintain budget and cost analysis information.
Annually develop new Tradeshow and Thought Leadership plan in conjunction with PR firm, sales, marketing and segment managers.
Coordinate Thought Leadership calendar and plan, seeking presentation and other marketing opportunities for each show and new shows that represent areas of new market interest and growth.
Coordinate the design, writing, editing, production, and inventory of marketing collateral, presentations, and training materials.
Manage all assets for promotional use and for channel partner portal.
Manage Marcom budget in real time, including tradeshow and customer events, collateral, giveaways, etc. Budget may also include other Marcom costs such as webinars, videos, sponsorships and website management.
Some tradeshow attendance and travel will be required.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Journalism; MBA preferred
3-4 years of progressive marketing experience;marketing communications, public relations or corporate communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills. Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
Outstanding project management skills.
Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office, Marketing Automation tools, and web analytics
