Our client, a Fortune 500 international leader in healthcare products and services, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Healthcare IT to join their team in the Chicago area. In this role you will lead upstream product development efforts for the suite of software applications and support services serving both Acute Care and Alternate Site markets across the globe.

• Lead voice of the customer (VOC) activities to identify support service needs and then develop product requirements to meet those needs.
• Lead the multi-generational product plan for the suite of software applications and support services and articulate the value proposition of targeted markets
• Lead the updating and aggregation of competitive intelligence data and own the detailed and summary output
• Lead the identification and management of projects to develop support services
• Commercial representative on a cross-functional core team focused on the development of products
• Complete complex financial analysis
• Work in conjunction with marketing team to support product launches including positioning, messaging, branding

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
• 3-5 years experience customer facing experience in marketing and product management
• Experienced in identifying customer needs using voice of the customer (VOC) framework and practices.
• Skilled in the areas of pricing, reimbursement, messaging, branding, and product development.
• Ability to understand and assess market trends, financial data, and competitive intelligence data.
• Demonstrated EMR/ Healthcare clinical software applications experience as well as related systems such as Bar Code Medication Administration (BCMA) or Connected devices at the point of care, such as Vital Signs Monitors, Ventilators, Glucose Monitors and Smart Beds., or healthcare software solutions targeted for Alternate Site segments (e.g., nursing homes, infusion centers, surgical centers, home nursing agencies, telemedicine).
• Understanding and marketing of interoperability and integration of hospital software with medical devices is important
• Ability to articulate recent and future market trends in the Healthcare IT space and related support services

Relocation assistance will be provided for this opportunity. Up to 35% travel is required, including overseas.
