Ensighten is seeking an experienced and creative marketing professional to join its growing team in Cupertino . Ensighten is in the bullseye of the hot digital marketing technology space and just announced $15.5M in Series A funding. We power real-time digital marketing tag management for major brands like Sony, United, JCPenney, and Safeway, and are rapidly building a healthy sales pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing generalist with start-up experience and passion, to make a critical and lasting impact on the company.
In this role you will design and execute a variety of innovative programs to generate awareness and demand for Ensighten products. You will own the strategy and process from end-to-end, from concept to post-program analysis of results. This role supports and impacts all marketing and customer-facing functions, so it requires someone who is confident and excels at wearing different hats and has the skills to actively contribute in many areas.

Determine the most cost-effective mix and schedule of programs to support the business. Plan and execute a wide variety of campaigns, including multi-touch nurture, email marketing, webinars, content syndication, display advertising, inbound/social, and more.
Develop and apply to all programs a sound understanding of the issues facing the industry and the buyer as well as Ensighten products and their benefits. Translate this into audience-specific messages and benefit statements.
Collaborate with internal SMEs to develop themes and material for marketing initiatives. Identify and leverage internal assets in the development and delivery of programs including blogs, customer reference content, presentations, graphics, product documents, and more.
Source and help develop high-impact offers such as research reports, assessment tools, infographics, checklists, webinars and more.
Write compelling marketing copy and offer descriptions for landing pages, emails, registration pages, ads, etc.
Work with the sales development organization on lead qualification strategies and tactics in order to increase the volume of marketing qualified leads.
Summarize program objectives, audience, key messages, and timing to sales and marketing.
Ensure that programs can be tracked and measured; analyze and present results, and adjust future programs accordingly.
Source, hire, and manage marketing and creative agencies when necessary.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience and proven success in using B2B marketing strategies and tools including lead nurturing, web, social media, inbound, content marketing, interactive, search marketing, etc.
Superior written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
5+ years’ experience in a marketing programs role in B2B enterprise software, ideally cloud-based or SaaS.
Passion for and proven ability to perform at an early stage, high-growth startup.
Outstanding project management abilities
Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, and purchase 3 rd party media and lists.
Experience with Salesforce.com and any major marketing automation platform.
Sound understanding of standard marketing metrics such as lead funnel, conversion rates, etc.
Adept at managing vendors and agencies for maximum productivity and cost effectiveness.
Self-starter, resourceful, with a “get stuff done” orientation. Affinity for environments which favor and reward decisions, actions, results.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline.
