Provides Company management with current marketing information (e.g., Market Share report, Brand Equity reports, etc.)
Manages cross-functional projects that support the research needs of Marketing and a variety of other departments.
Leads projects from questionnaire development through data acquisition, analysis and information dissemination.
Coordinates and implements questionnaire development, data acquisition and presentation with outside vendors.
Provides technical coordination and programming support for research projects in and outside the Marketing division.
Keeps up to date on current developments in FOCUS, SAS, SPSS and on-line survey tools to be able to provide information and analysis for ad hoc data requests.
Creates reports through the collection and analysis of marketing and statistical data.
Makes recommendations based on results from primary and secondary research projects.
quivalent to a Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent in related work experience).
Must have enough experience to work independently.
Sufficient technical knowledge to translate marketing research needs into applications for computer systems.
Requires excellent communication and analytical skills. Must have the ability to learn programming skills
Must have the ability to analyze applications and design computer programs at both the mainframe computer and personal computer level.
