Objective :
We are looking for a talented an MDM-PIM Architect to join our growing team. The individual will be responsible for delivery of the overall enterprise PIM solution. The candidate will have sound knowledge of PIM data strategies and best practices. The Architect will drive master data schema development, access business rules, and master Product data design and migration processes. This person will develop standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to consistently address strategic PIM data issues such as data quality, cleansing, standards, and integration.
Responsibilities :
Work with Enterprise Architect to help develop PIM standards, product roadmap, Product data governance, and architectural designs Lead the technical aspects of the delivery of PIM solutions & related components Reviews existing logical and physical data environment to understand "as is" environment Develop PIM data models (conceptual, logical, and physical master data models) Design and build data integration/synchronization between current Business Systems, PIM, and Enterprise Datawarehouse Produces MDM code modules meeting technical specifications and business requirements Address issues of master data definition, metadata acquisition and data migration including data profiling, validation, clean-up and remediation, and source to target mapping Develop workflows that augment current business process management Testing oversight (unit test, develops test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans, including component, assembly, product, performance, user acceptance and technical architecture tests; execution of test scripts) Qualifications :
Must have acted as a PIM architect and integration expert in successful implementation of a PIM
3+ years of hands-on experience with:
PIM
Data Modeling & Data Administration Tools (eg, Erwin, Designer/2000, Rational Rose, Power Designer, Embarcadero, System Architect)
Data Quality toolsets (eg, Informatica, Trillium, SAP/Business Objects (FirstLogic), IBM QualityStage, or SAS/DataFlux)
3+ years experience with business process design for managing PIM Master Data throughout the Product life cycle, including data quality, metadata and workflow technologies
Good experience working across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organization
Product content modelling experience
Implementation experience on any one of the leading MDM technologies (eg Stibo, Riversand, IBM InfoSphere Product Information Management, Informatica MDM (formerly Siperian), SAP MDM 7.x, Oracle Product Hub, or TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager)
3+ years SQL skills, experience with DB2 or SQL Server and some programming experience in Java, C, or C++ required. SQL Server experience preferred.
3+ years experience in Business Intelligence processes and technologies
Good functional customer interaction skills
