Support Director of Metrics and Data Analytics in coordinating of all data, metrics and advanced analytics needs across Voluntary Worksite and Benefits segment. Support implementation of advanced analytics to drive business value.
Tracks, analyzes and reports moderate to complex financial and operational (enrollment, sales, etc...) metrics information
Produce all new VWB KPIs over the quarter
RVP / CUVP KPIs results over time
Sales rep / broker KPIs results over time
Operational metrics for VWB operational teams (e.g. enrollment metrics)
Any other reporting / tracking not in place due to new VWB P&L and as identified
Compiles and analyzes operational and transactional data and creates high level reports of operational, financial, and performance results, including trend analysis, status of major initiatives, escalating issues, and potential solutions
Provides reporting and analysis to VWB Leaders and prepares executive summaries for senior management
Provides project management support to various initiatives by providing financial, work measurement, equipment/space planning, and metrics reporting support
Manages strategic projects that encompass both short and long term business planning
Recommends metrics to track, how to measure, and the method in which data is tracked, stored and reported Job Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Voluntary Benefit Business, workflows, and systems preferred.
Excellent computer skills, knowledge of databases and reporting systems and analytical tools like Microsoft Excel;
Excellent oral communication skills;
10+ years of related work experience;
Good interpersonal and organizational skills are required;
