Candidate will be responsible for initial development and day-to-day optimization and management of Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns. Candidate will work with Manager of Online Marketing and Director of Marketing to help identify and implement the latest techniques to improve paid search traffic and lead generation. This position requires efficiency, adaptability, and the ability of assisting with day-to-day issues while developing and optimizing the long-term strategy.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creation of campaigns for search and display network on the major search engines
Thorough keyword research, selection, and performance analysis with trend analysis for new keyword additions
Complete negative keyword selection and implementation into campaigns
Appropriate keyword matching options for superior click-through rates and quality scores
Website and landing page analysis and optimization
Project management of landing page and ad creative and copywriting
Drafting ad copy that is effective and uses best practices
Ongoing ad copy analysis and A/B testing
Development of banner ads
Choosing the right cost per click (CPC) based on market competition and strategic bid management to optimize our budget and reduce unnecessary costs
Advanced tracking using Google Analytics and the ability to guide proper tracking code installation for Google Analytics and PPC conversion
Strategic demographic targeting and ad scheduling
Work closely with SEO team to identify high value keywords for organic search opportunity
Identify hidden online marketing opportunities
Click fraud monitoring
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Must clearly demonstrate Google Adwords/Microsoft Adcenter experience in measurable clicks/results
Knowledge of how PPC fits into an overall online marketing strategy
Google Adwords Certification a plus
Google Analytics experience as a performance tracking tool
Willingness to learn our core target audience and target ad copy accordingly
High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrate a desire to keep current and innovate with the latest developments in the PPC/SEO environment
