Quantcast is in search of a senior performance scientist to help develop and analyze our advanced realtime ad targeting system. This individual would have the opportunity to make a very large business impact by understanding how the final advertising performance is affected by the individual statistical and engineering components. Ideally the candidate would have experience in analyzing consumer ecommerce, such as forecasting seasonal effects, knowledge of modern machine learning methods, and experience developing software. He or she would also possess tenacity for diving into data to fully understand, organize, and communicate root causes of problems and successes. The senior performance scientist is expected to be very influential in the ongoing evolution of the ad targeting system.
