Summary:
This role bridges the gap between sales, product innovation and technical delivery to enable the creation and launch of compelling loyalty products and value propositions. This role will actively support the sales team to grow our business, by answering RFPs and pitching for our products and services.

This role is aimed to assist & position Velti as ‘Leaders’ and not ‘Followers’ by ensuring the propositions we launch are innovative and first to market. This position is responsible for being the subject matter expert in loyalty propositions to mobile operators in North America.

Responsibilities:
  • Improve and add to our existing loyalty propositions models
  • Prepare all necessary material to support the sales team – customize value propositions to client’s needs
  • Support sales during meetings as the expert in loyalty programs
  • Present loyalty solutions to CMO, Directors, etc.
  • Organize workshops with clients to better understand their needs in order to have a proposal with optimal impact
  • Manage workshops with clients in order to define the product to launch
  • From our standard business models, you will have to work closely with the Analyst and Sales teams to customize financial business cases for our clients
  • Define KPIs, SLAs for the proposition
  • To chair regular communications and face to face meetings with the client, on the progress of the projects and risk mitigation, as well as resolving conflicts
  • Manage the delivery of the proposition and train the Account Manager to take over once the program goes live
  • Coordinate all communication with the client
  • Act as the client ambassador to internal teams at Velti
  • Provide Weekly Reports to direct manager
  • Respond to RFPs with the support of the technical and sales teams
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Full understanding of how loyalty programs function and latest trends around acquisition, retention and engagement of customers
  • Pre-sales experience in loyalty
  • Mobile operator experience (4-6 years)
  • Strong Loyalty Marketing acumen including acquisition, engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing utilizing rewards management
  • Strong understanding of consultative solution selling
  • Customer service management experience
  • Consumer market research understanding
  • Strong project management skills
  • Create comprehensive business models using MS Office tools
  • Strong marketing experience
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and develop the relationship at all levels e.g. CMO to marketing manager level
  • Crisis management - able to deal with obstacles and challenges
  • Strong numerate background to support the following areas: negotiation, business modeling, commercial discussions and presenting analysis/insights
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal and able to present solutions
  • Product Management comprehension
  • Confident and clear presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts to non-technical customers
  • Create comprehensive business models
