Define, manage, and drive complex HW and SW programs from scope definition to market availability across diverse cross-functional teams.

Essential Job Functions:
Work with functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality

Proactively identify and manage program and systemic issues that impact the critical path to full resolution - identify and mitigate risks - properly communicate program status and escalate issues/risks when needed

Recognize and work critical path issues

Define and develop the milestones and schedules for projects and new products

Ensure timely completion of schedule completion

Issue weekly program status report on time

Timely escalation of unresolved issues

Approve all expenditures towards the program budget and keeping the program within or below budget

Assist in the creation of tools/processes/procedures that will be used by PMO and other functional teams

Identify program and/or technology dependencies

Provide cross-functional understanding of projects/programs across cross-functional teams

Facilitate cross-functional project team weekly meetings

Timely and accurate updating of milestones

Position Requirements

Qualifications:
Education :
BS Degree in Engineering. PMP or Master Certification preferred.

Required Experience:
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of technical new product development experience

3 to 5 years of hands-on project management experience

Understanding of gaming industry protocols and back-end systems

Gaming industry experience in program management preferred but not mandatory

Hands on HW / SW development experience

Successful track record of PM delivery in a Product Development Environment

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills that brings teams to consensus

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Must demonstrate strong skills in the following areas:
Intra and inter program prioritization

Scheduling

Issue resolution

Risk mitigation

Change management

Cost control

NPI - New product Introduction

Self starter who can hit the ground running

Highly organized and detailed oriented team leader and team builder

Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing, and date driven environment

Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-profile complex programs across multiple organizations successfully

Strong written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated skills with PM software and general computer skills

Ability to foster and create successful teams

Have the ability to articulate succinctly program status when necessary

Be able to perform in a highly matrixed environment
