As the Senior Product Analyst for Builder, you will work with a cross-functional team at Trulia (Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing) to help drive one of the youngest and fastest growing businesses at the Company. This role reports to the Director of Builder Product, and is based in Trulia’s San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

Partner with all parts of the Trulia team – sales, sales operations, marketing, product, engineering, finance – to drive product performance and help solve critical problems

Build, develop and refine reporting solutions for the team to evaluate performance

Work closely with the engineering and data-warehouse teams to insure quality, accessibility, and consistency of data

Work with Engineering to help develop and launch new, better products that meet customer needs

Provide analytical support across the team to improve performance and drive business growth

Work with Builder customers to ensure integrity of data and performance of listings on the site

Help develop and manage automated customer reporting

Job Requirements

Team player who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and passion for solving problems

Excellent customer service, and written and verbal communication skills

Hands-on experience of implementing technology products for use by external customers

Proficiency in Internet listing operations and/or ad-related technical experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field

3-5 years of professional experience, with a bias towards prior product experience

Proficiency in excel, SQL expertise a plus
