As a leader in the company, this position will uncover and evangelize new market opportunities by utilizing core technologies from existing products. In addition, this position will work closely with a cross-functional team to develop and prioritize product requirements in order to meet changing market and competitive needs. This position reports to the Chief Products Officer and interacts with all members of the executive staff.

This position is based in either of our offices in San Francisco or San Jose.

Grow ElectricAccelerator business by expanding into new market opportunities and improving adoption by leveraging freemium, subscription models

Lead product roadmap and release planning for ElectricAccelerator and future-related products

Lead and facilitate customer involvement in the roadmap planning and feature prioritization

Develop, prioritize, and gain consensus on product requirements, feature prioritization & validation process

Write Product Requirement Documents based on customer needs and internal approval/consensus

Serve as product owner for agile product team, write epics, stories and maintain prioritized backlog

Create competitive analyses to support the sales organization

Support sales via product training and customer presentations

Review and provide input for outbound product materials (datasheets, whitepapers, etc.)

5 to 10 years of work experience, 3 to 5 years of product management experience

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen that gets excited about new technologies and markets

Understanding of software development process, ideally you have written code in your career

Experience launching products for developers with freemium or pay-per-user is highly desirable

Strong cross-functional team leader successful at indirect management. Ability to interface effectively with sales, marketing, engineering and business development

Experience successfully managing multiple projects through the product life cycle

Experience with agile/scrum

Willing and able to travel 10% to 20% of the time

Technical undergraduate and MBA degree highly desired
