Senior Product Manager

As the Senior Product Manager, Everbridge Partners, you will drive and champion the development and integration of partner products as key revenue generating solutions. You will assess the market, identify areas of opportunity and collaboration, and drive and execute approved changes. You are able to collaborate well with strategic partners, formulate meaningful and actionable roadmaps and you are able to share your vision with others. You are able to work closely with engineering to advise on product changes that will optimize the Everbridge Open Platform. You understand modern API technology and enjoy helping others leverage these to advance the Everbridge platform. You are an evangelist as much as you enjoy dealing with the details of your product. You stay abreast of the latest technology and capabilities. You enjoy the rapid pace of the market and you are prepared to lead the definition, design and execution of cutting-edge technology.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver market winning solutions: ranging from in depth use cases and workflows to simple integrations
  • Assess and work with diverse technology partners
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of the product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market
  • Balance near-term priorities with investments in next generation products to maximize product impact in the marketplace
  • Conduct market and customer research and manage the collection and definition of prioritized whole product requirements
  • Create the business case and strategy for assigned product areas and partners
  • Present roadmaps to customers to evangelize product capability and support sales efforts
  • Drive effective cross-functional collaboration with to ensure that optimal product strategies are executed effectively
  • Manage customer-facing early access programs (early adopter, beta, etc.) as needed
  • Champion the usage of product management process and best practices
Skills Required
  • Strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of SaaS and mobile technologies and software development processes
  • Technically driven, with the ability to quickly learn and understand new and evolving web technologies
  • Considerable product lifecycle management experience, with demonstrated impact and progression of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of enterprise software
  • Ability to combine big-thinking strategic perspective with a detail-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Entrepreneurial, can-do approach coupled with a strong desire to make a difference
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions within Everbridge and Everbridge partners
  • Proficient in driving for results, with a sense of accountability and ability to change pace and focus due to dynamic ecosystem
  • Strong communications (written, verbal) skills
  • Strong knowledge application and web performance issues and technologies
  • Strong understanding market dynamics, key players, trends and initiatives in the application and web performance space
  • Knowledge and experience in Cloud / SaaS technologies or offerings
  • Knowledge and experience with data-driven products, data models and APIs
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching successful products
  • Ability to travel (approximately 20-25%)
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of product management or related experience in enterprise software
  • Bachelors’ degree in engineering or computer science preferred.
